We all missed you over Easter and Michael M's Lambastravangza Saturday. Good turn out, and so-so day (now raining in the Bay

To the "cool heads" aboard Georgia J.
Been following your blog and happy to read that you only have 71.8nm to go, despite all the prior adversity.
Must say that I was a little concerned yesterday when the 'position screens' were showing you backtracking towards Hawaii
??
Obviously, a glitch with winlink.org.
Craig, don't know you but had to lol at your description of Plato's antics in the cockpit. Maybe he was just getting even
with you guys for your having to hose him off to get him to pee early on in the voyage.
Anyway, Happy Easter and safe trip the rest of the way.
The Best is yet to come.

Hey there - Happy Easter. Sounds like you guys are bravely working through some adversity but the destination will feel all
the better.
So one thing to check on for us landlubbers - if we go to the "track us" link on your website, I think your positions are
getting posted incorrectly. I think maybe you need to put a negative in front of the north latitude? Either that - or you
have turned around and are heading north toward Hawaii.
Have a great trip! |

Happy Easter.Sorry I missed the party but was with you in spirit.Small issue at the house (compared to those on the boat)
Mark has determined the leak is coming from doors off the dining room. He can repair but in the long run sliding door needs
replaced. Miss you guys.

Hey GeorgiaJ crew - happy Easter and congrats on making it to the southern latitudes...Sharon, CS&N did write a song about
the Southern Cross (you already knew that didn't you?) and Mark Twain wrote a wonderful piece about it in 'Following the Equator'
:-)

Hi, Loves!! WOW WOW WOW!! What an adventure you've been having!! I have to say that Allyn is slightly relieved that Capt'n
Craig was there in his stead!!! Missing you both very much (Plato too), but really enjoying living vicariously! Allyn and
I indeed had a toast to E-Day last night. It's truly amazing how well you've managed all the hurdles you've faced! I keep
saying...of ALL PEOPLE this shouldn't happen to! You are the most well-prepared cruisers in modern times!! But, perhaps this
was the worst of your passages and it gave you the confidence that you can make it through anything! I do have to tell you,
sadly, that the chances for our visit next month are looking grim. We just can't seem to get out from under this Folsom transaction,
and now Allyn and I are the only ones who really know anything about it. Hopefully, it will wrap up soon, and we'll have
some breathing room (and some $$ coming in for poor mom!). If anything changes, and we can easily slide into your plans,
we'll definitely let you know. But for now, you should just plug along. We are truly devastated, but sh*! happens and Mom
really needs us right now. Love you guys! Hugs to Plato and a big high five to Capt'n Craig. Loving all the blogs, but gotta
say he's quite the entertaining one!! XOXO |

Kim, Sharon, Craig, and Plato. We love reading the positive postings. What a great event to cross the equator. We are with
you in spirit and gave you a toast over dinner tonight. Charley wants to know what a pollywag is... Take care. And when
you toast, don't forget to include Neptune. You want him on your good side. Trust me. |

Capt. Kim, Staff Commodore Sharon and Craig (and Plato):
I have followed the journey since San Diego (not realizing you take in messages until this last post) and wanted you to know
April and I have been thinking of you and following the trails and tribulations. What a challenge, both with the tanks and
the standing rigging. Glad to hear everyone is in good spirits and the engine will get you to land shortly.
Tell Plato I had a deal worked for him in Tiburon, but....

It has been a few days since our last visit to the site, and we have missed a lot. It's incredible to hear what you have
been through in the last 72 hours, and how you have handled each situation. We are both relieved to know you are still underway.
