Had the car serviced at the main dealer(as a freebie after purchase) and was told that the front tyres were nearing wear limit
AND front disc pads were 60% worn and would soon need replacing. I thought that 60% worn means at least 30% unworn so left
it until the MOT was due months later.
The mechanic refused to replace them as they were only 50% worn. WELL! How honest is that? Very, very impressed indeed! It
only confirms though, what I have long suspected about main dealers. I'm sure you can work out what that is.
Don't look any further. Have your car looked after here (and I don't work for them and neither am I related). |

the first garage we came to and they were brilliant, they loaned us a car to get about for the day with our young children
and in the space of 5 hours they ordered a new clutch, arranged for it to be dropped off and fitted it, and the price was

this stopped working when my daughter brought it home to Suffolk. Dave was very professional when contacted and apologised
(not his fault - faulty part), we got the window regulator replaced in Suffolk with a genuine BMW part as another pattern
part was a risk. Dave has offered a full refund which shows Priory Garage is a trusted trader with a customer focus. Thanks

Priory Garage have been excellent, i had not used the garage before, but seen that the previous owner of my car used this
garage for servicing and repairs. My initial first visit was my turbo had failed and car had lost power, it was investigated
and replaced full service carried out without any fuss. I had to sort out a multitude of problems on a second visit one being,
my remote locking was not working. I had contacted BMW they wanted £100 before even without looking at the car. So a big thank
you to all the staff at priory garage i would highly recommend their services. |

The Service was good. The car drove really smooth as I drove it away. Prior mentioned when rear brakes will need replacing.
I'd recommend that Priory also comment on tyre wear and tracking as this helps the car owner to plan forwards. |
