Myself and my family stayed at Sea Breeze over Christmas for a week and we all had an absolutely fabulous time! The bungalow
was beautiful and in lovely condition. The layout of the rooms was perfect for a family get together with the large open plan
lounge/dining area and kitchen. I would highly recommend this property. Alison and Roger were fantastic in their communication
and even put up some festive decorations for us! |

We stayed in Sea Cottage over Christmas and loved it. clean, comfortable an even Christmas decorations put up for us. Lovely
walks for Mistee an Mojo our dogs. Will be looking to book again next Christmas |

Beach Cottage was a cosy and well-equipped base for our long weekend. Weather was very kind too (warm and sun, last weekend

A very well equiped place to stay. Our dog loved the seaside and it was nice for him to come with us instead of being in the
kennel. We visited Clacton and Colchester during our short break at Beach Cottage. We cooked in the kitchen and also had a
lovely indian takeaway. |

We go to Clacton every year to visit family and loved staying at Sea Breeze, so clean and comfortable,the best place we have
stayed in on our visits to the area, really would recommend it as a great place to stay |

We had a very nice and clean cottage with Roger and Alison. The cottage has every thing we need for holiday. It made us feel
like at home while on holiday. Roger and Alison are very friendly and helpful and responding to all our questions fast.

An enjoyable stay, lovely bungalow very clean and spacious. Good dog walking facilties only 3mins away local shop for papers
and short walk to the beech beech hut excellent. Reccomend a trip to Clacton outlet centre and Frinton on Sea. Would definately
go back to Sea Breeze. |

Had a lovely break at Sea Breeze. Bungalow very spacious and very well equipped. In fact home from home!
It was great that the dogs and children could be in the garden without worrying they would escape!
Unfortunately the weather didn't let us make full use of the beach hut but we did manage a few hours there before the rain
came!
Hopefully we will be back for a longer stay in the future.

Sea Breeze has a great location, close to town and sea front. The bungalow is superb, well equiped, very comfortable beds
and spacious too.Hosts very friendly. Would definately recommend. |

We had a really good week at the bungalow, it was extremely well equipped, reminded me of an IKEA showroom!! I spent time
cooking good food from Marks and Spencers which is close by and just enjoyed the rest. The weather was what you would expect
for February and we were dissapointed with nothing!!!. |
